Three generations of Hayes'. Canyou tell who is who? :)

The big turtle.

Tristan loved the zoo although it was extremely hot. He slept and ate a lot.

I little of this and a little of that!

My sweet little chunky monkey in his Uncle Derrick's boots from 1986! So adorable!
Yes, He was Hamming it up for the camera!

The cutest shirt in the world, his MiMi and PaPa Jonnie bought it for him.

First Vegetables....

Yay! Tristan is starting to eat baby food! He doesn't care much for green beans! He loves his bannanas though!

Good friends...Good Formula...

Tristan and Julia spent some time together after the duck pond, and yes she is flipping the camera off! She is all girl, that's for sure!

Quack, Quack...

Tristan went to the duck pond on the OU campus for his first time! He loved it! He sat in his stroller like a big boy and just took it all in! He loves being in the stroller and walking! He is definatly going to be an outside kid!

Bouncy, Bouncy, Bouncy

He is such a little kangaroo, he loves to sit in his baby einstein bouncer and just bounce and stare at himself in the mirror. He can actually touch the ground now and he is loving it!

4 month shots.....

Tristan had to have his 4 month old shots the day after Memorial Day, he did so great! He didn't cry until the 3rd and final shot! He weighed 15lbs 1oz and was 25 1/4 inches long! He is in the 55th-60th percentile on his height and weight so he is doing great!

He loves his mommy...

Yes I know I have the most handsome son in the world! He looks so cute in his Razorback Red!
This is his "mommy, I am tired of taking pics with you!" picture, It is priceless!

Some extras from Arkansas...

This is Cooper, he was born around the same time as Emalyn and Tristan, he is giving his"Heather" look (she is his mom).
Tristan meetng Sarah for the first time, he spit up on her twice in the first 3 minutes he was around her. So Funny!

Tristan and his Aunt Allie, PaPa Johnnie and MiMi Margaret. They spoil him rotten!

Every little boy wants to grow up to be a fireman!!!

While on our mini-vacation to Arkansas, Tristan went and visited Fireman Fred also know as Uncle Fred! It looks like they both enjoyed it!

My sweet niece Emalyn got her ears pierced on the day Julia was born! She cried the most when they put the alcohol on her ears to clean them! Her little diamond studs are so adorable and I love the pic where she is giving me the Elvis lip!

First Mother's Day

This year we celebrated my first Mother's Day, it was wonderful! Tristan and my wonderful husband went all out! They bought me a Wii Fit that had been asking for, roses, they made a DVD for me from all the best moments since he has been born and Tristan wore a special "Mommy's Prince" shirt. We started the day out by going to church and then spent the afternoon at Timmy's sister's house with his mom and sisters to celebrate the day and then Timmy took me to meet my mom so i could spend some time with her on Mother's Day.

First cereal with a spoon....

Recently, Tristan tried his first cereal with a spoon. He was not too keen on it. He took a few bites at first and then spit the rest out. He seems to prefer being fed with a bottle, so that's how we give him his rice cereal now. Can you tell he is spoiled? It's Tristan's way or no way! He also set in his high chair that his Uncle Derrick gave him for the first time, he looked so grown up sitting there.

A little update....

Sorry it's been a while since I have blogged but life with a 4 month old is not restful! I swear I can't keep my house clean, he always wants to eat when I sit down to eat even if it's not time for him to eat, I have to change clothes atleast 2 times a day because my son believes that his burp rag is for chewing on and mommy's shirt is to catch spit-up, and he THINKS he needs to take his naps in my arms during the day! But to tell you the truth, I WOULD NOT CHANGE ANYTHING AT ALL! I can clean when he's older, I don't need food :) and a little spit-up never hurt anyone!

He is getting so big! He laughs out loud and smiles at everything! He recognizes mine and Timmy's voices, he can sleep in his own bed for 8-10 hours a night by himself (if we let him), he loves to stand up and bounce, he likes to face away from whoever is holding him so he can see what's going on, he loves to get in his carseat and go for a ride and he doesn't cry unless he's hungry or extremely tired. We have truely been blessed with a wonderful child!

Great car rider!

Have I mentioned how well of a car rider my son is? If he is fussy, all you need to do is stick him in his car seat and strap him in and he is fine! On the way to Arkansas he slept the whole 4 hours except for the last ten minutes and on the way home he slept until we met timmy half-way and the he woke up, ate, changed his booty and then as soon as we put him back in the car he fell back asleep until we arrived home! I hope he is like this for forever!

Arkansas or bust....

Well, Tristan and I had a great week, we spent it in Arkansas! The only complaint I have is now that we are back home Tristan thinks he has to be held all the time! It was worth it though. He got to see my side of the family and some of Timmy's. We should be back in a few weeks or hope to be at least, my friend Brittany is about to pop!!! LOL Also, Tristan got to spend some time with his girlfriend, Emalyn, she is such a doll and is so beautiful! (she's the one in the pink carseat)

Branson here he comes.....

While on our Arkansas trip Tristan and I decided we would like to spend a night in Branson with his YaYa (grandma in greek)! We went shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall where I fell in love with the Carter's store! I wanted to buy Tristan one of everything and the prices were really great too! He spent the day at Lori's Soap Shop where his YaYa was working, it is located in the Grand Village! (I highly recommend this store and everything in there makes you smell wonderful!)

Our little wrestler....

Last night we found something new that Tristan likes to do....wrestle with his monkey! He loved it! He pulled on the ribbon around his neck, sucked on the monkey's nose and kicked and pulled him! It was amazing! We might just have a wrestler in the family!

Tristan is 3 months old!

Wow! I can hardly believe that my little man is already 3 months old! It seems like yesterday that my water broke! He has grown so much in the last few months! He talks to us, smiles, laughs, kicks and swings his arms, plays with his toys, follows the fan, holds his head up on his own, loves to stand up and many more things. He suprises me with something new everyday! The first picture was taken Thirsday on his 3 month birthday, the second one was taken when he was one week old! You can see how much he has grown!

Easter 2009

Wow! Tristan had a busy weekend! On Saturday he went to an Easter egg hunt at the Noble high school where he picked up lots of candy for his mommy and his daddy :)! Then we went to Grandma Hayes' house with the cousins and dyed eggs! He liked all the pretty colors of dyes! Later on we went to Aunt Renee's and Unkie Doug's and had hamburgers and chilled. He was exhausted! He slept from 8:30pm until 5:30am! Whew a nine hour night! It was amazing! GO BIG BOY! On Sunday, Tristan woke up and the Easter bunny had come! He liked his monkey Easter basket! Then we went to church and then went to Grandma Hayes' for lunch! Tristan was so handsome in his Easter outfit! We hope eeryone had a great Easter!
